Hello, welcome and thank you for being here.

My name is Jenny, and at heart, I am a multi-dimensional woman devoted to the lifelong journey of coming home to myself. Through movement, healing, community and spiritual practice, I have spent many years exploring what it means to live with greater awareness, vitality and authenticity—and supporting others to do the same.

Our world loves labels. While qualifications don't always reflect the depth of wisdom someone carries, they can offer a glimpse into the path that has shaped them. I am a Yogini, Reiki Master, Sound Healer, T.R.E. Facilitator and STOTT Reformer Pilates Instructor. Yet I don't call myself a teacher. I'm not here to tell you who to be or what to believe. I'm here to hold space for you to remember who you are and reconnect with the wisdom that already lives within you.

From my earliest memories, I experienced the world through sensation and movement. Dancing, sport and being in my body helped me feel connected—to myself and to others. Even as a child, I sensed the unseen layers within people and the subtle currents of beneath everyday life. Without parents to hold and guide me, I often felt alone and overwhelmed. My environment shaped me before I was born and I didn’t yet have language for what I was experiencing. To protect myself, I moved away from my heart, it felt safer this way. Yet movement remained a refuge—a place where I could feel free and at home within myself.

That relationship with movement continued into adulthood. In my early twenties, I worked as a Personal Trainer in London, supporting others to build strength, confidence and connection with their bodies. Those years gave me a strong foundation in anatomy, functional movement and the body's remarkable capacity for growth and adaptation. Later, I built what appeared to be a successful life as an International HR Director. Yet beneath the surface, I was disconnected from myself, driven by achievement, seeking validation and my worth outside of me. Eventually, I burnt out.

It was through yoga, intelligent movement and somatic bodywork that I began to heal. Slowly, I taught my highly sensitive nervous system how to feel safe again. Through embodied practice and deep self-care, I learned not just how to survive, but how to thrive. This was the beginning of my journey back home—to my body, my heart and my true nature.

With over 25 years of yoga practice, my devotion has matured into a deep reverence for Yoga as a holistic path of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Thriving in our bodies has always been at the heart of my work. Building on my early foundation as a Personal Trainer, I later undertook extensive training in STOTT Reformer Pilates, deepening my understanding of functional movement, strength, mobility and healthy ageing. Now in my late 40s, strength feels more important than ever—not as something to strive for, but as a foundation for living fully, feeling resilient and being supported by the body that carries us through life. Living with an autoimmune condition has brought another layer of wisdom to my work. It has taught me to listen deeply, honour my body's changing needs and approach wellbeing as a practice of self-respect rather than self-improvement.

Over the years, I have studied with wisdom keepers across continents and disciplines, weaving ancient and modern teachings into offerings that are inclusive, trauma-aware and deeply embodied. My work creates space to move intelligently, build strength with compassion, regulate the nervous system, live each day in ceremony and discover deeper meaning within everyday life.

After owning two yoga and wellness studios in the Midlands and now holding space through Wildspirits Wellness in Bude, my greatest passion is creating safe, inclusive environments where people feel seen, supported and connected. Community has always been at the heart of what I do.

Life has guided me through profound healing, challenge and transformation. I believe growth comes from gently releasing the patterns and stories that no longer serve us, so we can live with greater integrity, embodiment and authenticity.

I have found my way back. And if it resonates, I would be honoured to walk alongside you as you reconnect with the love, strength and wisdom that have been within you all along..
