A SPACE to
slow down
THE SANCTUARY is the place to move with intention, breathe, realign and to return to yourself.
At Wildspirits, we honour movement as a ritual.
Step into our serene studio, designed to soothe your senses and restore your inner balance. Natural elements, calming colours, and a tranquil ambiance create the perfect space to reconnect with yourself.
Whether you're looking to feel stronger in your body, explore somatic movement, shift energy, or drop into deep rest, our Sanctuary is your space of discovery where you can find your own path to wholeness.
This is our space for yoga, mat pilates, sound healings and workshops that support the nervous system, body and heart. A place where every body, and seeker is invited to explore the weave of science and embodied movement in a compassionate and supportive environment. For your comfort, we offer a small class size, premium mats and props – avoiding common studio issues.
For all evening classes, entrance is around the back of the building via the black door. Please arrive 5-10mins before class starts.

THURSDAY 10AM-11AM. Slow flow is a love letter to the body and breath. It’s the quiet rhythm of movement, the gentle unfolding of tension, the sacred art of slowness in a world that glorifies speed. In the space between each pose, we meet ourselves again. A deeper presence in the now. A soft surrender to the ebb and flow of life itself. Where you can tap back into your own unique rhythm and not the pace of others and the fast faced world around you. Slow flow teaches that there’s strength in stillness and power in grace. That slowing down is not an indulgence, but an embodied return to wholeness.

THURSDAY 11.30AM-12.30PM. A class specifically curated for anyone affected by cancer. Restorative yoga is often considered more meditation than movement, making it a practice everyone can do regardless of age, gender, size or athletic ability. It offers beautiful benefits such as mindfulness, soothing our parasympathetic nervous system, relaxes the body, deepens self-awareness and allows us to feel safe and nurtured. The overall goal is to rest and restore yourself. Muscular release offers an internal retreat for the body. It differs from regular yoga because you are receiving the pose, rather than doing the pose. Each supported pose is held for four to ten minutes while focusing on breathing. Restorative yoga activates a relaxation response and can help relieve feelings of anxiety with minimal physical effort.
These gentle classes are beneficial when recovering from illness or surgery and involve a minimum of physical work. Research in cancer patients has shown that yoga may be able to help: - improve physical functioning - reduce fatigue - reduce stress - improve sleep - improve quality of life
If you have surgical complications or complex physical limitations, restorative yoga eliminates the need fit yourself into the more complicated active yoga poses. For patients who are sedentary, restorative yoga can be a great steppingstone to a more robust exercise program.
