Our Team

  • Jenny | VISIONARY and Co-Founder

An experienced movement and wellbeing practitioner, Jenny’s work brings together physical strength, nervous-system awareness and energy medicine—supporting people to feel capable, connected and at home in their bodies.

Jenny’s relationship with movement began over 25 years ago, when she trained and worked as a Personal Trainer in leading flagship London gyms. After discovering Reformer Pilates in the early 2000s, she fell in love with its intelligent and supportive approach to building strength, mobility and control. After studying with a leading UK STOTT Pilates trainer, she now brings this lifelong passion to create Wildspirits Reformer Movement Studio.

Jenny is also a Senior Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, Sound Healer and TRE® facilitator. Her experiences of motherhood, diastasis recti, prolapse and living with an autoimmune condition have deepened her understanding of the importance of learning to work with the body, rather than against.

Her teaching is warm, empowering and inclusive. Whether you are completely new to movement, returning after injury or navigating a changing body, Jenny will meet you exactly where you are. There is no expectation—only an invitation to begin.

Through breath, focused attention and purposeful movement, Jenny helps people build lasting strength, confidence and resilience—not to pursue perfection, but to thrive in the bodies they have.

  • Neil | Co-founder

Neil is the co-founder of Wildspirits and brings an extraordinary breadth of life experience to his teaching and therapeutic work.

A former Paratrooper and retired Fire Service Technical Rescue Watch Manager, Neil is also an accomplished endurance athlete. He has completed more than 40 triathlons, two Ironman races and the Marathon des Sables.

Following a catastrophic injury that ended both his operational career and competitive athletic pursuits, Neil transformed adversity into a new sense of purpose. He retrained as a Business and Life Coach, psychotherapist, yoga teacher and Qi Gong teacher, and has spent more than a decade supporting people across the UK to rebuild confidence, navigate change and rediscover their potential.

Neil’s teaching is grounded, accessible and shaped by a deep understanding of resilience, recovery and the connection between physical and emotional wellbeing. At Wildspirits, he teaches Men’s Yoga and Yoga for Surfers, creating welcoming spaces in which people can move, breathe and feel part of a community.
