Refund Policy: Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased.
Delivery Policy: Digital gift cards are delivered instantly by email to the address provided at checkout. If the email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, customers can contact us at hello@wildspiritswellness.com to have it resent.
Gift Card Terms: Gift cards can be used in our café or for Jenny and Neil’s studio classes, as part or full payment. They can be redeemed in-store only and may be used over multiple visits until the balance is fully spent. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. If the gift card email is lost, we can only issue a replacement if we’re able to confirm the original purchase.
